Bio:

Having lost is parents at young age, Mord was raised by the Earth Monastery in the purest monastic traditions. His mind and body were trained to act as one unstoppable force.

It was a dark time for Mord’s tribe. A great illness had struck his people and not even the greatest for the Earth Priests could cure it. Enter Yarnath, a powerful wizard, who offered a cure to Mord’s people in exchange for servitude. Deciding they did not have any other choice the clan relented, vowing to serve Yarnath. The mul wizard turned out to be a defiler and force of evil on Athas, but his clan, being honorable, followed their vows. Mord has remained in the monastery, for the monks of his order are technically not part of the clan and thus do not take their vows; however, Yarnath disagreed with this and destroyed the monastery. Mord escaped, with the sacred relics of the temple, hoping to one day return and free his clan of Yarnath’s bondage.
